These external E-Ring pliers are made from high quality forged CV tool steel with hardened .035" tips for longer tool life. They feature heavy duty tool steel riveted joints with soft grip vinyl handles that are oil and solvent resistant. 5.5" (140mm) overall length. Fits external rings from 1/8" to 3/8" (3 - 10mm). Made in Germany.
